FAITH OVER FEAR!

Being a Christian doesn’t mean that… you won’t lose your job… your spouse won’t leave you… your kids won’t make bad choices and suffer the consequences of those choices…  that you won’t have physical illnesses, like brain tumors or cancer or Covid-19… All those things and worse could happen but…

GOD promises that he will work all things for the good of those who love him! That doesn’t mean that we are always promised a happy ending. But it does mean is that even when the worse happens, God will work things out for our good, meaning we can still experience God’s Kingdom here on earth. Romans 14: 17 tells us that God’s Kingdom is about life of righteousness, peace, and joy through the Holy Spirit.

We can have that promised peace and joy, but only if we choose FAITH OVER FEAR. When life gets difficult we have a choice: FAITH OR FEAR. God promises never to forsake us, but we have to be the one to look for him when life gets dark. And when we do; he’ll be right there waiting for us.

As we leave 2020 and move into 2021, we don’t know what’s going to happen. Things might get better or they might get worse. But I know–I know–I know that God will work all things out for my good!

I choose FAITH OVER FEAR.
